Still a bit reserved, cool nose, with air very herbaceous with ripe apple, grapefruit, some white lilac and smoky slate minerality. "Wake up!" on the palate with such refreshing acidity that the wine is a veritable substitute for morning coffee! Very polished, finely mineral, juicy and long. Great future!
