Jean Marc Autran is the fourth generation at Piaugier, farming 30 ECOCERT certified organic hectares out of the village itself, 12. 5 of them in Sablet, on vines between 35 and 60 years old with yields held around 40 hl ha. Grenache leads the blend with Syrah and a little Mourvdre; the fruit is hand
