So we were extremely eager to taste this 3-year-old

The fruit was then individually berry sorted and combined prior to carbonic maceration and natural co-fermentation in a single French oak vat

Selected reserve parcels incorporated into the blend add an extra layer of complexity to this sophisticated sparkling wine.
