Seehof, Riesling Feinherb, 2025 BOJO&SWFRANCECT Frédéric Lafarge and daughter ClothildeWeingut Seehof is the Fauth family's estate in Westhofen, in Germany's Rheinhessen, where Florian Fauth has built a reputation for mineral driven, increasingly self assured Rieslings. This is the feinherb bottling, meaning it carries just a touch of sweetness, the off dry sweet spot that keeps Riesling so versatile at the table. Don't read "feinherb" as sweet, though: there's plenty of acidity here to keep it bright and balanced. It's the kind of wine
