With previous headlight upgrades we have had some success by baking the headlight assembly first at a low temp to loosen the bonding material around the old lens

These are secured from behind with screws so you will need to remove the centre console side panel - we have made a video of the complete process below

Please note if you are upgrading a pre 2010 car you are advised to add reflectors as in 2010 the reflector was moved to the bumper and so not part of the 2010 rear lights
