Domaine Eden Pinot Noir 2021 MH Artisanal mezcal from fifth-generation mezcaleroDomaine Eden is the more approachable sister label to legendary Mount Eden Vineyards, high in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The Pinot is a mosaic of Dijon clones (777, 667, 828) alongside historic California selections (Mount Eden, Calera, Swan), dry farmed and made low intervention with native yeasts and no fining or filtration. The 2021 is the current release and shows the softer, fruitier face of the Mount Eden style: about 90% Domaine Eden fruit plus
